She's one of the most knowledgeable people I've worked with. Not only knows about how to shape and strengthen but she knows about what a huge part our emotions and mind play in getting/staying fit. Good at helping people stay motivated and figuring out what's hindering sticking with your committment. Has developed programs for a lot of local companies as well as having her own studio now. 503-278-6350

Amazon.com, we bought tube there for like 12 bucks or less. We made a little box for them from a wood box at craft store. We went from year one with 20 cocoons, to 100 cocoons year 2 and this year we put out well over 400....they are buzzing everywhere. :)

Bee Thinking sells the tubes and then you could use PVC like Laura Dalton suggested. I've got a few in my backyard like that and they work great!

Can anyone recommend a personal trainer? Not at a gym stupid gym tho.
Lottie P. replied:
Yes to both! On the west side- but SO worth it. I was telling Derek that she comes from a very "big" Italian family and used to be about 100 bigger. And now is fucking toned and buff. And has kept it off at least 10 years or so. Really motivating. And I watch her run by me at work a couple times a week, usually while I'm shoving in a cookie and a latte.
