We've used Dawn Hunter at Evergreen Home loans twice for refinancing. She was able to shop around and find us a really good rate. She is quick to return calls, and communication skills were first rate. When we went to sign off on the paperwork with the title company, the gal that was helping us through all the paperwork said to us, "I love working with Dawn. She is very thorough in her paperwork, and I never have to worry about missing documents."

Kaitlyn Orcutt at Timberland -Poulsbo. We will live in our house until ours is built. She said we can use a market analysis for what we can rent our current home for...which added into the credits side of our income to debt ratio. While we would never spend those kind of dollars on a loan it's good to see that we could.
