If you're going for the VA Loan Process -- why not choose Navy Federal Credit Union, or USAA? Alternatively, I hear a lot of good coming from Salmon Bay Lending and Home Street Bank.

We recently closed on a home using the VA loan. Our broker was [Mary Petrie from Coldwell Banker Bain](https://www.coldwellbanker.com/agents/Mary-Petrie-98109). She was fantastic! Just FYI: Using the VA loan in a seller's market can be extremely difficult, especially if you are not planning to bring much cash to the table. We were the highest bidders on several properties, but ended up losing out because sellers didn't want to be bother with all of the extra hoops that the VA makes them jump through. We ended up targeting new build pre-sales, which worked out way better for us. Good luck!

I used evergreen home loans, the northgate office. They were really quick and called the brokers to let them know we had solid financing. Probably helped us get our offer accepted ( our broker was awesome too)

Trevor Dundon was our mortgage guy and he closed the loan in under 3 weeks so we could compete with cash offers. I think he's at Coldwell now.

It's not a broker, but you should ask Chase for a match on the best offer you receive. If they can match, their 1% cash back program (1% of your regular P&I payments) will beat the best offer.
