Went to Dr Bernstein. Nice guy but he misdiagnosed and prescribed expensive orthotics (not covered by insurance). Went to the orthopedist who said surgery was the only viable option and no orthotic or shoe would ever do it. Hereditary, degenerative disorder. ☹️️ Wasted money and months of pain.

No for me on Aufderhyde. Terrible orthotics. I whole heartedly recommend Dr. Bernstein in East Bremerton off Riddel RD. My orthotics fit wonderful. Hubby an I needed foot surgery. He did a good job.

I had plantar faciitis for about a year. Went to Dr. Aufterhied (sp?) in Silverdale. Still have PF. I found a massage therapist that helped enormously, so the pain has diminished greatly. Depends a lot on why you're going.
