If you are looking specifically for a tattoo artist, I would get a few recomentations and then look up some of their work. Find someone that you like their artistry, because each artist is going to have different strengths and weaknesses. I recommend Clae Welch...he works in Port Townsend. Shops have a minimum because it takes a while to set up, break down, sterilize and the equipment. I suggest to save a small one to do while you are getting something else done. Woodwork Tattoo is amazing
