Mosaic House has hostel rooms up to luxurious rooms. Great location. Lots of in-house activities too. https://www.mosaichouse.com/en
Mosaic House is just a few blocks from Karlovo Namesti and Tram 14 is a very, very short block away. Globe Bookstore and Cafe is within walking distance as is the Vltava River.:)

Hello, I've got a couple of friends coming in the next days in Prague, from Italy. Any suggestion about a hotel? Like good price/quality ratio?

My cousins always stay at Hotel Julian on Elišky Peškové. It is really lovely and in a good, quiet area. They also have a couple parking spots in front. If I ever needed to be overnight in Prague, I'd stay there.
