Sandy W. replied:
Of course the doctor insists... they make money off the deals they have with Big Pharma. Most doctors probably say natural things aren't good enough, nope get the chemical stuff :/ I ordered natural probiotics straight from America. You can get them at iHerb.com or others. Just check customs how much you can import without being 'charged'. I think it's something like €20. PS Is your kimchi vegan? I'm still looking for one... :D

Sani Hadek I used to take http://www.solgar.com/SolgarProducts/Advanced-Multi-Billion-Dophilus-Vegetable-Capsules.htm and http://www.udoschoice.co.uk/shop/Udos-Choice-Super-8-Microbiotics but for longer time I've switched to natural fermented foods which are more potent and work. From my point of view and personal experience purchasing probiotics in health stores is kinda waste of money. For me even the most expensive probiotics in tablets have never worked.
Annika C. replied:
These are more on the expensive side but I have very good experiences with the version for children with both my boys. Regarding recommendations from the pharmacy, yes, it would be nice if they would always recommend the best for you. But the pharmacy we had in our neighborhood until we moved always only recommended the most expensive product so they'll earn more. Depends a lot on the pharmacy I guess. Anyway, I buy these http://www.swissnatural.com/en/products/probiotic-age-adult/#.U4Sj6NoaySM

Anybody know of a homeopathic pharmacy in Prague? Or a good place to buy homeopathic remedy kits?
Andrea G. replied:
The woman in Pruhonice moved back to Hungary. Many pharmacies have homeopathic remedies so you just have to ask. They will usually order what you need if they don't have it in stock and it arrives within a day or two. Or you can order online directly from Remedia in Austria - they have absolutely everything and their prices are good. http://www.remedia-homeopathy.com.
Hello guys, anyone knows where i can find this type of syringe - i need it to measure liquids and in the pharmacies I only find low gauge ones.

Hi Crowdsauce!
I've had a cough for a few weeks now, but it's getting a lot worse now. What do you recommend buying at the pharmacy? Thanks!
Peter M. replied:
Vitamin C
Elizabeth B. replied:
I have used the Dr. Weiss (above), also look in a bio store for a tea for bronchial problems - used one that really helped (think it was german or austrian had the word "bronchial" in the title). At a recent doctor visit for cough (long-standing) he recommended "AAA long" tablets - fizzy things you add to water to loosen it up. (seemed effective).
