We are currently building a custom in Williamson Valley. I spent a good deal of time researching AND having multiple, in-depth meetings with a number of builders. If you plan to make a modern, highly energy-efficient home, there are really only a handful of custom builders whom are up to speed on the Energy Star certifications and specialized building techniques. These are all top-tier builders and do not come cheap, but quality shall be the best: Acklin Brothers Construction John Nanke Signature Group Ed Stahl - R.E.S. Contracting Bob Norman - Sunpine Builders
Laurie C. replied:
Jon Peugh of Ridgewest Homes. He built our house a year ago and we love it. Great guy and he is wonderful to work with. Message me if you want his info. Seriously, he is the BEST!
