Anyone have recommendations on good therapists/counselors for someone will crippling anxiety and panic attacks?

Besides a counselor come sit under the word at our church. Victory Church on Valley n Mendocino in PV. For peace and healing. All very welcomed. Having yard sale this saturday 8-3. Come check us out sweet loving spirit. praying against that spiritnof fear which is where anxiety comes from

Would depend on your insurance but West Yavapai Guidance Clinic on Cortez has some really good ones. Also, try CBD if you're able. I have info on both if you want to msg me.

David Fairchild they do one one, but they push groups. The case managers are the ones who are a joke!!

I know a little about South west because I want to be apart of there Anxiety group. I want to show people Anxiety can be beaten. I beat terrible anxiety. I was bad off shakes and running cold when I left the house and went to far. I couldnt think of nothing but coming back. But I beat it. I
Looking for hands-on type Physical Therapy. For example, they start with heat, then the Therapists actually work on/with patients at each visit not just give exercises...

Granite Physical Therapy 2960 N Centre Ct. My wife is going there and she is very happy with the program. Just went through 6 weeks of recovery and is re-entering therapy on Wednesday. She said that when she went heat was first, therapy, and than iced. Depending on the treatment you are looking for it might be appropriate to check them out.

If he's still practicing, Larry Grimm is excellent. He's a professor at Yavapai, currently so I'm not sure if that's his only gig right now. He has done family/child counseling for decades. You'd have to Google to find out.
