There is a book called Tapping the Healer Within...it sounds RIDICK but it actually works...rewires the brain somehow, oddly... Worked wonders for me! I got actual one-on-one therapy in Sedona with a therapist there but the book gives you all the info you need to do it yourself. http://www.amazon.com/Tapping-Healer-Within-Thought-Field-Instantly/dp/0809298805/ref=sr_1_8?ie=UTF8&qid=1435918167&sr=8-8&keywords=TFT+therapy+book Hope this helps! <3

For me, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is the key to dealing with anxiety and depression, could apply also to anger management as well. Not bullshit pseudoscience; this is real science and therapy for dealing with all sorts of mood disorders, mental illness, and addictions or bad habits. The key is to really stick with it and it can take six months or longer before you really start seeing things becoming easier. …sorry I can’t recommend any therapists. Just this book (there are separate editions which are symptom-specific to bipolar disorder or addiction — this is the generalized text): <http://www.amazon.com/Learning-Cognitive-Behavior-Therapy-Illustrated-Guide/dp/1585621536/>
