Trying to plan a trip to Korea in May with my family. Having a hard time finding a hotel that is good and won't break the bank. I have 5 of us in our party and tried...
Namsan Guesthouse in Myeongdong. I stay there every time I'm in Korea. Very clean rooms, free breakfast, friendly staff, very accessible to tourist spots, next to NSeoul tower.

Try this, I stayed here and it cost around 45,000 to 55,000 won a day. It has a refrigerator, microwave oven and a drum type washing machine inside the room that will able you to wash clothes and dry it easily. Its clean and its comfortable but not fancy. http://www.fnetravel.com/english/seoulhotels/euro-star.html

Can anyone recommend an affordable hotel in the Insadong area? Possibly with connecting rooms or family suites? Thanks!
Erick V. replied:
I stayed at Insa Hostel and liked it. As the name suggests, not a full-on hotel, but the location is quite nice (once you get used to the maze of back-streets in the Insadong area). Very basic rooms but with private baths available. http://www.hostelworld.com/hosteldetails.php/Insa-Hostel-Insadong/Seoul/79412
