Hi Deb! I run the OutCast Ranch program in Quakertown we do some low cost lessons but aren't a fancy facility! If your looking for a covered arena/with leasing opportunity I would recommend Shaky H Paint Horses ( Regina Rae) or Zenith Equestrian ( Sara Zenith)
