Sherry I agree with you but informing people and educating people to gather references and not just going by word of mouth is very important. Animals Atleast mine... especially when I went away I could have asked for a better sleep over also past volun teer at SPCA who every weekend watches animals from all over. I'm as watchful of my animals as I am my children. smile emoticon Jeanette A Kuris was incredible! Before her and our trips we take I didn't know other people. So it's nice to have some options if she is not available.

I absolutely recommend Mary Bauer. She's house and pet sat for us several times, including when we went to Vegas for a week. We have a boxer/shar pei mix and a pitbull and three cats. She handled them with no problems. Multiple photos every day, our dogs loved her daughters, and everyone had a great time. Her prices are more than reasonable.
