ISO a dog trainer who might do well with a coon hound with constant barking. Are they actually trainable? We have already tried all the bark collars out there.

Rebecca Andrews of my dog can is great! I'm sure her techniques would discourage shock collars though. Her training methods involve more positive reinforcement.

Have you tried one of the ballistic nylon muzzles? They work. They muffle about 60% of the volume of the bark and when the dog wears it long enough they get discouraged from barking. About $6.99 at Pet Smart.
