Does it have to be yoga? Have you considered Pilates. I've been doing it for approximately 11 years & took it up just before my back surgery & have kept it up since. Ptm studio in Maiden Place http://www.ptmstudio.co.uk/index

Hi Christine. I run pregnancy yoga on Wednesdays 7.30 pm at the Hamilton Centre just by Reading University (postcode RG1 5SG). I include all sorts of birth preparation, breathing and relaxation in each class and we finish with a herbal tea and a choccy biccie so you can have time to make friends. Sarah listed my website above and my Facebook page is www.facebook.com/birthzang. I post lots of info about pregnancy, birth and parenting. Do get in touch if you want more info.

Zoe Bowen, I teach traditional yoga and would love to work with teens. If you have a small group that I could work with, that might be a start. The trouble with adding a teenager to a general class is that it is mainly adults who get the most benefits- teenage bodies need a huge appreciation of their changing nature and lots of work with breath to calm hormones down. Jude Bell is another lovely traditional yoga teacher who does work with teens and you could chat to her. You need someone who can tailor the class/session to specific teen needs. Let me know if your daughter and her friends want to set a small local group up and I can teach for sure.
