Hi we have 30 minute circuit style training at https://www.facebook.com/1707656142840603 Female Fitness Woodley . The machines are all hydraulics and have really helped the ladies that suffer with arthritis. The work out can be done at your own pace and strength level and it's like a class that runs all the time, so you can come at any time that suits you and just join in. Full training is given and an instructor is on hand all the time to guide you and encourage you. Why not pop up and have a look we are in the Woodley precinct above Lloyd's pharmacy
