It depends if it's massage or treatment that you need. I generally just want massage - Wayne Davis was excellent value for money - £30 for a hour of massage. I've seen Wayne over the past 2 years and through over 12-15 marathons and ultras. When he hasn't been available then I've visited others but it wasn't quite what I was looking for e.g. 45 minutes where 20 minutes was massage/treatment and the rest talking about stretches and how to use a foam roller (I've watched lots you tube videos in the past so I have a clue of what to do).
