Not in-home, but Montessori Children's House has a wonderful infant and toddler program. My son started as a toddler, and we often watched the babies in the infant room. Wonderful teachers, wonderful program. Sorry I can't help you with the in-home recommendation. The one nanny I know is already working with another family.
