I've been using Neide Teixiera House Cleaning for the past 2 years and been quite satisfied with their services. They visit once every 2 weeks. I paid $75/visit for a 2-bedroom apartment.

I used Checkmaid.com/Boston when my place got a bit messy. Only used them once, but that's because I don't have the money to do a big clean with professionals more than a few times a year. They were a bit late, but did a great job and were friendly & professional.

I use a woman named Luciana Silva, her company is called [Liberty Cleaning](http://libertycleaningcompany.com/) she is fucking fantastic! I have used Merry maids and MaidPro in the past, and they don't hold a candle to her services, and she's a little less money compared to quotes I got from them. I have a 1200 sq foot condo in Natick with 2 cats and 2 kids, and she charges me 80 per week. My place looks like my grandmother lived there on the days her cleaners come.

MaidPro is a national brand which has a couple offices which service the Boston area. While I have never experienced a MaidPro cleaning, my husband works at their corporate office so I can vouch for the fact that they prioritize a high-quality service over (necessarily) having the lowest price out there.

I had an odd experience going there on a Sunday after a SABR convention. I took the bus from the hotel to downtown and then was going to walk over to the stadium. From where I got off the bus, right in downtown, until I got near the stadium, I saw precisely two human beings. Downtown Houston on a Sunday was deserved.

We were at Globe Life for a tour on Monday. It really depends upon the time of day. The first base side is the home dugout side and is in the shade unless it is midday. The overhang behind home base and on the third base side covers the last dozen or so rows. But we walked most of the area and there isn't a bad seat. If you want to splurge, the club seats in the outfield include food.
