Seattle friends: Does anyone know a trusted realtor in Seattle who could help some friends find an apartment (rental) in Seattle?? Would REALLY appreciate any and all...
Linda U. replied:
My friend from highschool, Nanette Bergdahl. She and her husband are Bergdahl Realtors in Kirkland. Great people, years of experience. I don't know if they can help with your specific needs but if not, may know someone who can.

Gerry M. replied:
Linda - be sure to qualify with these folks that your friends are looking for a rental. A lot of realtors deal only with for sale property and aren't as well versed in the rental inventory. I refer all my clients needing a rental to Lori Gill & Associates. They have offices on the Eastside and in Seattle/Greenlake area.
Stephanie P. replied:
Gerry McBarron! Sorry I didn't think of you... that is really good information to know. Be well!
Brian L. replied:
Well, I don't know if she handles Seattle, but a good friend Valerie MacKnight is a realtor I know there. She's super.
My parents real estate guy!! Jonathon jones with John L Scott. Long long long time friend of my dad too! They worked together too when my dad owned the mortgage company.. They just sold their house.

Vince and I had a phenomenal agent that worked insanely hard for us. She was recommended by BECU. She communicated well with me in person, by phone/text, and by email, she went above and beyond many times in many ways for us. Her name is Nalani Young and she works for Prudential Northwest Realty. I will message you her info if you would like.

What happened to the house?! Scott Kaserman is our realtor, and he has a lot of contacts for the rest of the issues you mentioned.

Lindsay Damas, nothing has happened, just the normal wear and tear from the tenants the last 4 years. They are planning to move out so we are coming down in a couple weeks to assess the situation and get things lined up for when they move out.
Anyone have any washer/dryer recommendations? We get to keep most of the existing condo appliances, but the seller is taking those with them. The inspector and realtor...
