Driven With Care is an amazing service and the men who work there are super nice and caring. The number is 306-541-3748 and here is the website https://www.drivenwithcare.com

Just as a heads up. The moment a person takes compensation for transportation, there are insurance and registration implications. Especially liability. Dont want anyone to get in a bad spot.

Uber & Lyft sooner than later hopefully: https://regina.ctvnews.ca/city-of-regina-preparing-for-ridesharing-services-1.3952659 My Grandpa is in the same boat although if your's is able, the city transit is a decent option. 300 for a yearly pass or 150 for a 6 month pass.
