Thanks, Tara. I got GREAT feedback, but did not limit my geographic radius. 6 of my 7 tattoos are by local Rehoboth Beach artists, but I wanted to be thorough in my research. I found some amazing artists in PA. Whomever you choose, look at their work, and look at the photo. Saying you can do something or pulling it off is different than being fantastic at it, Portrait tattoos require a different skill. Everyone has styles in which they excel, and for this you want someone with experience and amazing skills. Google "bad portrait tattoos" for incentive. (on my way to a meeting, will send links when I am back)
