Hi Nathan, Wayne and I see Eric Ingram. We have been working with him for a couple of years. He does manual therapy and is more than a massage professional. Katie Ingram is his wife and is a personal trainer. Eric is a cyclist and has excellent kno wledge of anatomy and sports medicine. It is a bit expensive $125 each session but well worth it. You can play with these suggestions, for sure. But if it's still causing pain, you might want to call The Back Doctors - Gonstead System . Carly (also a Kaia girl) works there and can set you up. They've helped me through neck issues, random hip pain an d even a car accident. I swear by them. I also get deep tissue massages from Leah at Avanti Salon . She's fantastic and very affordable. I'm basically just on a maintenance schedule with both of them these days. My suggestions in case the home therapy doesn't pan out. smile emoticon
