I've gone to the Reston Dental Center on Sunrise Valley Drive. Have had no complaints, really nice people, nice facility, I like it. Though I have insurance, I'm unsure if they offer a payment plan.

For implants they have a great periodontist, Dr. Nick. He did 8 for me. Then Forsberg handles the crown that rides on the implant. If you want done for 1/2 to 1/3 the price, fly to Yuma on Southwest Airlines and go across the border to Los Algodones - Amazing Dental. You will probably need 4 to 6 months for the implant to secure itself before the crowns can be done.

I've been happy with the folks at Fusion Dental -- used to be Reston Dental Arts, 11503 Sunrise Valley Drive. Got bought out. They have all the specialties in one place, so there's less shopping around. They did a couple of implants for me years ago and so far, so good!

What you need is an oral surgeon. Fairfax Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery is right next to the Reston Hospital - they are specialist at extractions, implants etc. I used Dr. Theberge & Dr Peter Smith is also good a girlfriend went to him.
