Ted Whyte for sure! When we did the final walk-through of the home we were purchasing, the kitchen had flooded and Ted advocated for us and made sure everything was repaired and done right. During the whole ordeal, the restoration company also put a huge dent in the refrigerator and Ted let the owners know (the fridge came with the house) and they gave us a little money to go towards a new one or replacing the door that was broken.

Because she is not a bank, she doesnt have banking hours, I called her at 7 in the morning, and 10 at night, whenever something needed done, she was available. Because she is a broker, she can work with different types of loans that your bank might not as well.

He didn't push us into signing with him, didn't try to cheat us into paying more fees, was really honest and up front. We had a broker on our side who is a dear friend and vouched for everything Rod brought to the table and was also happy working with him. I think that says a lot when they treat you well and you're not paying them a dime.

You can't get your licence on line. You can take post licence classes after you have your lisence, but to receive it you have to go to the school. Idaho falls Real Estate school is great. I wanted to do it online as well.

There is a townhome for sale in Summerfield. Just came back on the market. Ted Whyte is the realtor for all the Rock Creek townhomes, but when I called about them in March, he said there was a waiting list and maybe he'd have one available by December.
