I recently switched to Indian Creek Veterinary Hospital so far they've been pretty good. I wouldn't recommend Banfield at Petsmart. That once a month payment thing they try to sell everyone who goes in there is a true scam.

I took Sadie to Reynoldsburg Animal Hospital. They didn't seem too bad. She always say Dr. Yeisley
Anyone have a vet for dogs that they highly recommend in the Columbus area?

When we had our dog, I was very happy with Dr. Weisgerber at Beechwold Animal Hospital. I've referred others to him who come back and tell me how much they love him. But it's in Clintonville. It's off I-71 south of Morse, north of Cooke Rd.
Diana L. replied:
One more thing, I discovered each vet can choose how they will charge you... Dr. Weisgerber would skip the charges for nail clips and such, but once I need to get in semi-urgently and had to see another vet. She tacked on a little for this, a little for that, and it was way more costly. Just an interesting thing I've learned, and suspect it's the same at all vet practices.
Amy B. replied:
I take my cats to VCA Sawmill (they have other locations too) and have been very happy with them. They provide excellent care, but are also mindful of cost and only recommend what they feel will be truly beneficial (i.e., don't recommend a bunch a of tests that could satisfy curiosity buy not improve outcome).

I go to Animal Care Unlimited. They are great.
