Arapaho Clinic in the old Hospital on Campbell ... I use Dr Bonnett but Dr Cowan and Yu have ben used in the past and are very good as well... Mom works there tell them you know the Weidenfeller.

Dr Roberto Delacruz 972-234-3311 he's with the Baylor Health System on 75 service road between Campbell and Renner. Such a great guy, really patient! They have after hours as well.

We go to My Children's on Preston across from Children's Hospital in Plano. They have extended hours and are open on Saturdays for emergencies. 972-608-3800

I second Steph Carranza . My husband sees Dr. Delacruz, and I see Dr. Bhat there. They're both wonderful and often have same day appointments.

Dr. Adrian Meyer is great, and very close by too. He's right by Cottonwood park, has a dry sense of humor, and knows his stuff!

Dr. Jim Hussey, at the Campbell Medical Center... Sweetheart! Went to him for over 15 years and he becomes family! (Have a specialist now, due to cancer.. but my husband still sees Dr. Hussey! Tell him Jerrie Klenk sent you!

Dr Malea Maynard at the Baylor office on TI Blvd is AWESOME. As an example, last week I called for a referral to a specialist and first three nurse called back, then Dr. Maynard personally and talked with me at length.

We go to Arapaho Clinic. Our primary is Dr. Lin but have been seen by the other doctors there on occasion. All are great. Highly recommend

Dr Susan Fesmire. Medical specialists associated. Walnut hill across from Presbyterian. She has a fabulous nurse practitioner. The nicest staff I've seen her for 10 years& new her as a resident at UTSW ( I'm a nurse). She is kind, patient, & collaborates. Her office has a lab, X-ray, ultrasound, and stress test & bone density on site so You don't have to go elsewhere. They have an online portal to access your results& email on.

My better half uses Dr Marcus as well.

Thanks guys! I went to Arapaho Village Medical Association yesterday and saw Dr. Cowan. I liked her a lot! Thanks for all the helpful suggestions!

OK, I take back what I said about Arapaho Village Medical Association; it's been over a week since I was seen and had bloodwork and an x-ray done. The doctor has had the results on her desk for at least a couple of days. None of my calls have been returned. I've called every day since Tuesday. Has anyone else had this problem? Personally I find this to be totally unacceptable. The practice's excuse for the doctor not calling me with my results is "she's really busy." My thought is if she's too busy to phone patients with test results, she's too busy to be a doctor.

I saw Dr. Cowan once when our doctor, Jonathan Lin, MD was on vacation. I wasn't impressed with her demeanor. I won't see her again unless she is the one and only option.

Love Dr. Richard Townsend (not to be confused with our neighbor, Richard Townsend). He once actually met me at his closed office on a Saturday to give me a new inhaler.

I really love Dr. Douglas Cluff. He is both a great listener and also willing to tell me when to worry or not worry, what my options are and what he recommends. He is the kind of doctor who I feel cares about me as a person, not just a sack of symptoms.

Plus Dr. Richard Townsend is Canadian. Bonus.

i like Lalita Gupta at Inova RIchardson at Arapaho and Coit (near Radio Shack and that beer store on the corner). They take a bunch of different insurance, you can always get in, and they are THOROUGH. plus you can do blood work and everything right there, and they are easier (and cheaper) that primacare. Its got more of a clinic-y feeling in the waiting room than a swanky doctors office, but the care is great.
