Penn Nails does a great job and are reasonably priced (about 64 th & Penn). Blossom Nails is new and super cheap but mine chipped within a week! (They're at about 67 th & Penn)

Diva nails in Edina across from Cub or Sunrise nails in Richfield. They give the best pedicures! I always upgrade to the deluxe because who doesn't want a longer massage!? I recommend making a appointment Sunrise was really busy yesterday! Enjoy

I go to Sunrise nails near Lyndale and 494. They are in the strip mall near potbelly, chipotle, noodles, etc. They do hot stone massages on your calves...it's amazing!
