I am looking for a good optometrist in Ridgecrest. Suggestions are welcome. Thanks!
Suzzy Q. replied:
Dr Ronald Ogren.
Skip G. replied:
I proudly recommend Dr. Ira Opatowsky.
Greg W. replied:
Our entire family is very happy with Dr. Jennifer Chen at Dr. Joseph Mallory's old practice on Drummond at Downs. She's competent, thorough, communicative, courteous, awesome!
Claire G. replied:
Dr Ogren!
Vicki G. replied:
Dr. Ogren.
Larry R. replied:
When my son injured his eye back east, they would only allow him to travel home if he saw Dr. Opatowsky as soon as possible. They didn't know he had an office in Ridgecrest, he was just that well known & respected. He took great care of him. For myself, Dr. Ogren has always taken great care of me.
Lorie W. replied:
I JUST called Dr Ogren's office last week to see if he was taking new patients and the person who answered say he is if you do NOT want a contact lens exam. If you do, they send you to the other one there. Just a heads up.
Monika L. replied:
Karl and I both go to Ron Ogren.
Patsy S. replied:
Dr Chin is good.
Mike W. replied:
Ron Ogren is MY choice, but I've heard he isn't taking any new patieints. The other optometrist there is supposedly good, too.
Dr. Robison works with Dr. Ogren. I see her. I like her a lot.
Mindy S. replied:
Dr Ogren is an amazing man. It is a treat to be seen by him. Mallory would be my last chance. He will diagnose you with everything so he can pad the bill. Mallory is very focused on the $$$
Kristin H. replied:
Trevor works with Dr. Ogren and Dr. Robison.
Karin U. replied:
I went to Dr. Robinson and liked her a lot too. Very professional and nice. The practice is nice too.
Penny F. replied:
Never go to Mallory. Everyone I've ever known that has gotten a script for glasses from him has been wrong. Dr Holmes office across from Dr Joe down by the triangle is the best. He's a surgeon and has patients come in from other countries to see him. He is that good. He did my cataract surgery in my 30's. I had been blind for 3 years at that time. It was amazing to see clouds again. He does not do glasses though. Just scripts. You can take your scripts to Mallory. His office will make them with Dr Holmes script.
Kristin H. replied:
Dr. Homes is an ophthalmologist. He is also frequently so busy that you have to wait several hours to be seen. However, he is an excellent doctor.
Helen Q. replied:
I think Daniel Mallory is good. Very thorough, will spend the needed time. I have had him as.a..Dr for 10 yrs and have never been disappointed.
Amber C. replied:
Trevor Wiley
Mike W. replied:
Ron Ogren, but I'm not sure he's seeing any new patients.
