It's been a while but try: Dave's Appliance Service. 738-4415. He fixed a washing machine for me. Very happy with the service. I think your Dad called him soon after; if I remember correctly, he told him how to do the repair, over the phone

John from National Appliance. It's really just him, but that's the name of his business. He does good work, honest and very reasonable rates. I don't have his number handy, but a quick search should bring it up.

Most drier repairs are fairly easy DIY jobs if you're so inclined. www.repairclinic.com is a great site for assistance. Even a bass player could do it. Badoom, teesh!

I had the same issue. I called Appliance Tech. The guy came out already knowing the problem. Stuff left in pockets gets caught in in an internal trap and eventually if not cleaned out will build up and jam the impeller in the pump. There is an access panel in the bottom of the machine that made it relatively easy to clean out. Cost less than $50 to clean it out. Good luck.
