Child Development Center on mt gallant is EXCELLENT. It's run by a pastor's wife and she is absolutely dedicated to the children. They follow the Abeka curriculum which is well known among Christian schools and home schoolers. My son absolutely excelled there and I credit the staff for their devotion to learning and children. It's also extremely reasonable. They admit infants through private 5K.

I would look at the beaches in Florida, St. Pete beach or siesta key like mentioned earlier, but you can rent a vacation home these days cheaper than a hotel, right on the beach! We did that the last 3 years just look for vacation homes rentals I think it's www.vrbo.com. We rented a million dollar house for 3 families with a pool for a week for $1000.

Look into Christian Tours out of Hickory, NC - you pay a little more but they are a very respected outfit....I traveled with my son and felt very safe. They do coach, cruise, and flight tours. Can book with deposit and have time to pay...
