Child Time has been good for Connor and it is just down the street. He is learning a lot and socializing. They bring in some fun programs for the kids. They are cheaper than we were paying for the in home daycare in Alexandria.

Contact folks at Meadow Hall ES. Specifically the counseling department. MCPS works to help families. Ask them about "wrap around services." They can't solve the problem directly, but they should be able to get you in touch with someone who can.
