My brother and his fiancé just booked with www.birdsofafeather.com, a mother-daughter team out of southern Maryland. Not only were they favorites (after the photog the booked got pregnant, due 1 week before their wedding), but they were the least expensive of their options. Good luck!

It's not in DC, but [Washington Artworks](http://washingtonartworks.com/) rents space if you can make it to Rockville. I believe Carriage House also rents space, but I don't know anything at all about them other than it seems to specialize in boudoir and such. Out of curiosity, what are you looking to shoot?
