Rolla animal center. Dr. Berger is amazing. He takes time to get to know the aninal a bit before he does his exam. Staff is always friendly and they can usually get you in in a few days. They are on 72.

Rolla Animal Hospital gets my vote every time. Brian Janke is the best. We love that place, their care and prices so much that we try to wait and go there whenever we are in town (we now live in ND)

Bishop Animal Hospital will do payments. You have to leave a check to gaurentee payments. Blood in stool would make me think hook worms but the added vomiting makes it more serious. Sounds like the dog should have been treated a while ago.

Apply for veterinary credit at https://mobile.carecredit.com/ St James Vet Med Center and Rolla Animal Hospital accepts it. But get it seen fast. It sounds like it could be anything ranging from a diet change, to parvo, to poisoning, or anything in between.
