Sac City Eats BBQ is super affordable. I've been doing a ton of research. 8 bucks per person and up.

TLC catering is awesome (they did our wedding including appetizers and were fantastic) or Big Joes BBQ (really good BBQ- he did our rehearsal. Man of few words but killer food at a great price)

I pay@$160/a year for smugmug that includes a way for people to purchase prints. I am not an event photographer though. It was easy to set up and easy to change.
