I don't personally know of any but you might find it useful to dial 211 or visit www.211 sacramento.org Edit: It looks like WellSpace provides counseling on a sliding scale, that could be an option https://www.wellspacehealth.org/services/behavioral-health-prevention/integrated-behavioral-health

Unfortunately cant help with the medical part of it, but having gone through major depression, one thing that really helped me was yoga. The yoga seed is donation based, and you dont have to pay anything to attend if you dont have it. Mostly everyone there is not a yoga nut and are at various stages in life so sticking out is not an issue at all. Promise yourself to get out once a week, having something you enjoy to look forward to really helps. https://theyogaseed.org

depends on your insurance. do you have Medi-Cal? if so, you need to call the Adult ACCESS number (county mental health number) to get an assessment over the phone and they will assign you a mental health provider. 916-875-1055 Sac County Adult ACCESS

Hi, does anyone know any affordable pet clinics in or nearby Davis? My kitten needs to update his FVRCP and his rabies shot within this week.

Acorn vet, next to North Davis Nugget,is wonderful and offers student discounts. My roommate went to Midtown Vet, downtown off 5 th, and said they were great and affordable.

http://dogandcatshots.com check their schedule and prices. Also, please move your post to Yolo County Pet Talk. This page is only for lost & found. Cheers!
I was just looking this up since I need to get my cats' annual vaccines soon - Yolo Animal Services is the cheapest at $18 for both (it's by appointment only according to their website) and Yolano is $24:)
http://sacanimal.org They have a voucher program for both dogs and cats, $10-$15 for spay/neuter and rabies. Income and location based. From my experience, vouchers arrive within a week. I love their program

So sick of seeing 10 litters of kittens every day, get your damn cats fixed, ITS FREE. Call Tanya at (916)257-8779. She picks them up and drops them off so you dont even have to leave the house. I got 2 done in one day and the other had to be kept overnight for a retained testicle and was still dropped off the next day. If she cant help you, she'll direct you to someone in your area, however if you meet her at any address in Citrus Heights she will have no problem doing it. YOURE WELCOME.
