Asking to revoke Special education is a violation of ADA Federal law. Ask them to put such an offer in writing. I bet they will not do so and will probably state you made such offer. If they are publicly funded they should provide special education services. Not that school care much about the law when it comes to autistic kids.

Natalie Cooper, he does have an autism dx. Since 2007. We have insurance through Sutter Health. I haven't signed, it gave me a real bad feeling. I have been getting pressure in that regard, however.

Have you read this? It doesn't give specifics it just says the the child's disability must severely impair his/her daily activities. My don't receive SSI. I never bothered to research it too much, but your post prompted me to do so.
