I'm sorry to say I did have a positive experience at derm consultants. I waited over an hour for my apt, and did not have a helpful diagnosis. May have been individual dr, but I was disappointed. We did have a great experience with Caleb Creswell at Derm Specialists. Further drive, but I was there and home faster than time I went to derm Consultants

Laura, would you mind sharing what you went in for, maybe in a private message if that's better? I've never been to an actual dermatologist before but I have a collagen disease called Ehlers Danlos and my type is "classical" which means lots of skin problems. I really want to find someone who can help because it's pretty complex. I just don't know what typical dermatologists deal with and if maybe your Dr. Creswell would be better? Thanks and sorry if I sound nosey. I just have no patience left for wasting time at the doctors since I'm in some doctors office at least once a week with my stupid EDS.

I love Dr. Tareen at Tareen Dermatology in Roseville.
Got acne? Get on tetracycline! Sammy Lay. It's an antibiotic so you might want to give it a good thought as you may know, antibiotics will wipe out your good flora. Or get on Accutane. With that drug, you're required to be on some type of birth control bc you absolutely can NOT GET PREGNANT!! It's really harmful for the baby. Good luck!
