Cognitive Therapy is the best to combat the type of therapy that Austin is talking about. Worked for me.

Definitely do the research. Depending on your employer, sometimes they have some options even if you don't have insurance...maybe not a therapist you can see regularly, but they might have a center or somewhere they can refer employees too temporarily. Talk to your HR? ...and until then play lots of Dr. Mario...

If so and the Mission President forwarded that info along to Salt Lake, you could contact Missionary Medical. https://www.dmba.com/sc/missionarymedical/contact.aspx?theme=MM Are you living in the US now? I don't know that you will get the needed permit from a diagnosis that occurred in Europe. You will probably need to get a Doctor's referral in the US.
