If you are looking for a longtime or consistant one try care.com you have to pay a monthly fee but its safer and provides background checks. That's where I found mine, and you can cell services after you find one.

I would suggest becoming a member of San Antonio Area of Multiples. They are a fantastic group and have tons of resources and referrals. They have a member message board that can help you in real time! And members live all over the city! Their website is www.saamom.org. I have twins and made lifetime friends in that group!
