{Mom SOS} :: I am new to SA and Texas. I am looking for a preschool that's only twice a week, just enough for my son to get some social interactions. Any suggestions?

Love, love, love Discovery School of San Antonio . Not sure how old your son is; I think we only have openings in the Monday/Wednesday 2-year-olds class for next year, but it's worth getting on the waiting list. We've been there 2 years now. It is fantastic and worth the drive.

Colonial Hills United Methodist Church (CHUMS) on Vance Jackson at Whitson has been around for 25+ years and is FANTASTIC!!! We loved it and were very sad to leave. More importantly our son loved it and thrived there. They have a preschool and a daycare. They are different. I am talking about and recommending the pre school ( I have no knowledge of the daycare). Ms. Miele is the head of school.

AZ Kidz! Just opened up - 1 st one in the area that isn't home based. Great family that runs it - they've been doing before and after care for years. They are located in San Tan Heights in the building that used to be Mt Vista Middle School.
