I'm not sure about the tap manipulation, but my chiro is awesome. He's old school and reminds me of my chiro I had years ago who retired. He treats you avoiding to your prob and takes his time. His name is Dr. Wells in San Bernardino on waterman by st. Bernadines. I've recommended him to a few people, and they live him. You can always ask him about the tap method.
