Ocean View Nails next to Ralph's on Los Mares. Most sanitary nail place I've ever been, workers aren't talking to each other or on phones, they actually focus on you! No TVs, just music and nice chairs. I don't do the acrylics, but April is awesome with my gels. Love my pedicures!
