Your mom is blonde and it is very tricky. I went to Jeff at Faces Inc. In fountain valley. He teaches permanent makeup classes. Highly recommend him. He does some kind of 3D thing but I don't remember what the technique is called.

Golden West College Cosmetology, it is the best program hands down. I went there 31 years ago, my daughter went through it 6 years ago . And yes we drove up there from here . 10 month program and I can't remember but roughly 3000. Or so. Any school is just to teach you state board, so you pass and get your license. The real training begins in the salon, remember this when you decide on these 15-20,000 dollar school. I do the apprenticeship program.
