Are you Bumiputera? If you are, have you considered joining GIATMARA? They have a wonderful course called Teknologi Sistem Komputer that just about fits your requirements - 6 months of training, 3 months on the job practical training AND an allowance of RM200/month. At the end? You'll have a shiny Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia, Tahap 3 to show for it.
...again, only applies if you are Bumi. And I do encourage any Bumi peeps to join, as it's a sure fire way of increasing your knowledge. :)
