I want to try TensorFlow, but looks like I need to learn Python. I'm a Python n00b. Suggestions for places/resources to get started?

We have TensorFlow installed on our HPC (852 nodes, 12 TB RAM). :-) Not quite an https://www.twitter.com/nvidia # P100 config, but still pretty good.

Lots of research. Have a couple P80 cards, too. See: http://nau.edu/hpc/

Our XenServer backup script is all python. It's like perl, except more structured. :-) See, e.g.: http://docs.python-guide.org/en/latest/intro/learning/

Cathy Grovenburg of PAWS for SJACS helped trap ferals in our mobile home park. She brought her own traps. This was a couple of years ago, so don't know if she's still doing this. Her number is 408.425.5681. FYI - there is a refundable charge for borrowing the traps from the shelter. I have the name of Tina Hope as the rescue coordinator at the shelter. She may have the names of others who will TNR.
