Melissa - Kelvin is right - LEGALLY ONLY the U.S. Embassy in Managua can do them for you & they're . . . $50 PER seal/signature!!! https://nicaragua.usembassy.gov/notarials_and_authentications.html Cara is right about making an appointment https://evisaforms.state.gov/acs/default.asp?postcode=MNG&appcode=1 but if you need something urgently (since sometimes it can take a few days+ to get in [like now they don't have anything on the calendar available till the 28th), they often can help you last minute if it's urgent - though I'd call first (2252-7888) to ensure that person is there (I'd even call JUST before I left for Managua - just in case). (I share this as a "Warden" [eyes & ears on the community] for the U.S. Embassy in CR but it's the same in Nicaragua). With that said, I've been able to use local in-country Notaries to notarize some things I needed in the U.S. with no problem so perhaps you can double check with who's needing it as that will be LOTS cheaper!!!
