I work at a dealer (thanks Katt Shaw) but I always try to help out smaller businesses. Id recommend one of the ones on here over a dealer, the dealer generally does cost more but also can usually do a full inspection/top off fluids/replace wipers or air filter/run through car wash/handle recalls while many places do just the oil change or oil change and fluid top off. Usually takes as little as 20-30 minutes at the dealer with no cars ahead of you. Smaller shops sometimes take longer. All depends what works for you best!!

Honestly best thing going to do. Is do your own maintenance on your vehicles. It sucks but at least you know it's getting done right and not by some high school drop out that thinks they are a mechanic. I don't trust anyone under the hood of my vehicles. Sad but that's what it's coming down to. And always check your fluids before you leave the shop if it's being done by a 2 nd party.

I used to be a mechanic. It wasnt to uncommon replacing an engine after a quick lube place got ahold of it. Jiffy Lube and sears is the worst. Only take your car to a certified mechanic in a respected shop. NEVER go to a quick lube place. If they dont do something like this then they will cross thread your drain plug. Best of luck to you.

I'm so sorry to hear this. They scammed us on tires. Broke 3 of our lugs and said it was the last people that stripped them out. On a brand new car mind you.... If you need any second opinions or a fantastic shop please check out Spencer Auto Sales & Service they are my new favorite and have better prices then most everyone.
