There is an awesome oral maxillary surgeon in Fresno his name is Dr. Jonker. His group is on Blackstone/ Herndon. Also make sure to tell them that your nursing when I had a tooth extraction after Nicholas was born they had to do local anesthetic which was fine because I was completely numb vs. putting me under because if they put you under I believe you have to pump and dump for 24 hrs.
