There is an entire document I have just put together about this, from different on line articles. I wish I could upload a document here. If someone tells me how to do it, I will be glad to publish. It also contains Linda Parelli's "Hill Therapy".

I have uploaded the document that I have put together from multiple articles. The pictures and diagrams did not make it, but I believe the article is clear enough in itself, so feel free to use it. If you want to full version, pm me your e-mail address, and I will be glad to send it. I especially like Linda Parelli's "Hill Work Therapy".
